1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legal agreement between you and PiHaul (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the PiHaul service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy.

If you use PiHaul on behalf of a company or other entity, you affirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. Services Overview

PiHaul provides a freight marketplace that includes load board functionality, load search, freight posting, messaging, and broker detail reveal features (“Services”).

We may update, enhance, or restrict access to certain features at any time with or without notice. We are not liable for any downtime, outages, or changes to the Services.

3. Eligibility & Account Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to form a binding contract to use PiHaul.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity under your account.

Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Paid Subscriptions & Refunds

Certain PiHaul features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment provider to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until canceled.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your account dashboard prior to the next billing cycle.

Refund requests must be submitted within **7 days** of initial purchase for new subscriptions only. No refunds are provided for renewals, partial billing periods, unused features, or early cancellations.

We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of abuse, fraud, or violations of these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

When using PiHaul, you agree not to:

- Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the platform outside of provided functionality.

- Share revealed broker or shipper details without authorization.

- Reverse engineer, bypass, or interfere with our systems or security protocols.

- Use PiHaul in any unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive manner.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of this clause.

6. Market Interactions & Broker Data

Broker or shipper contact data revealed on PiHaul must only be used for legitimate freight negotiation purposes.

PiHaul is not a carrier or freight broker and is not a party to transactions between users.

All disputes between carriers, brokers, and shippers must be resolved directly between the involved parties.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, trademarks, and platform content are the property of PiHaul or our licensors.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or reuse our IP without written consent.

8. Disclaimers

PiHaul is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PiHaul will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, whether arising from contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.

Our total liability for claims relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding six (6) months.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to PiHaul at any time without notice for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, abuse, or other conduct we determine to be harmful.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law principles.

All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in English and located within the United States.

You waive any right to bring claims as a class action or to a trial by jury.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Services after updates become effective constitutes acceptance.
